WORKPLACE PUBLISHING RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We guarantee our product. Any defective DVD will be replaced at no charge to you upon return of the defective DVD.

We do not allow returns on products that have had a free preview, either sent in the mail or screened online. If a product did not have a free preview online or through the mail, we allow a two-week period to view and return for refund.

We ship ground either FEDEX or UPS, unless otherwise indicated. You may provide your shipping account number by emailing sglidden@workplacepublishing.com

Shipping is made within 24 hours upon receipt of the order and generally takes three days to the western part of the country and five days to the eastern part of the United States.

Shipping rates are as follows and are for one item. If ordering more than one item, we will confirm the exact shipping cost with you prior to charging your card.

Three-day Flat Rate = $14

2-day shipping Flat Rate = $20
